DAY 01: HANOI ARRIVAL

– Welcome to Hanoi. Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is known for its centuries-old architecture and rich culture influenced by Southeast Asian, Chinese, and French elements. At its heart is the bustling Old Quarter, where the narrow streets are roughly arranged by trade. Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to the hotel.

**Lunch at an Indian Restaurant**

– In the afternoon, visit the Temple of Literature, built in 1070 and regarded as the first university in Vietnam. Explore Hoan Kiem Lake and Ngoc Son Temple, and enjoy a cyclo tour of the Oald Quarter to experience the vibrant daily life of Hanoians. You will also have free time for shopping in the Old Quarter, known for its trendy and basic clothing, and a wide variety of Vietnamese handicrafts.

– Experience the Water Puppet Show, a traditional Vietnamese folk art form originating in the north, where wooden puppets perform on water, accompanied by Cheo (a type of traditional theater in Vietnam) singers narrating the story.

DAY 02: HANOI – NINH BINH – HANOI

**Breakfast at the Hotel**

– Depart for Ninh Binh, located 90 km from Hanoi. Visit the ancient capital of Hoa Lu with its temples dedicated to the Dinh and Le Dynasties. Continue to Tam Coc, known as “Halong Bay on land.”

**Lunch at a Local Restaurant**

– In the afternoon, take a boat trip to explore Tam Coc, known for its beautiful karst formations and mysterious caves. Visit Bich Dong Pagoda after returning to the pier.

– Drive back to Hanoi in the late afternoon.

DAY 03: HANOI – HALONG

**Breakfast at the Hotel and Check-out**

– Transfer to Ha Long Bay in Quang Ninh Province (approximately 160 km). Upon arrival, board the cruise to explore the stunning Halong Bay.

**Lunch on the Boat while Cruising**

– In the afternoon, admire the beautiful karst formations emerging from the emerald water, explore caves, swim, and enjoy the sunset on the cruise. (The program may vary depending on the weather and management.)

**Dinner on the Cruise**

– After dinner, enjoy fishing time for those who wish to participate.

**Overnight on the Cruise**

DAY 04: HALONG – HANOI – DANANG – HOI AN

**Breakfast on the Boat**

– Continue discovering Halong Bay, then check-out.

**Lunch at the Cruise Restaurant**

– Transfer from Halong Bay to Hanoi for a flight to Danang. Later, transfer to your hotel in Hoi An for check-in.

DAY 05: BANA HILLS

**Breakfast at the Hotel**

– Drive to visit Marble Mountains and Dragon Bridge, then continue to Bana Hills (30 km from Danang). Take the cable car, which holds five world records, to Ba Na Hill Station. The first stop is Linh Ung Pagoda, followed by the Old Wine Tunnel, Orchid Garden, Le Jardin D’Amour, and the Golden Bridge.

**Lunch at Bana Hills with Local Food**

– In the afternoon, visit Fantasy Park before driving back to Hoi An.

DAY 06: HOI AN – DANANG – HUE

**Breakfast at the Hotel**

– In the morning, take a walking tour of Hoi An to discover the historic town, which was a prosperous seaport in the 16th to 18th centuries. Visit Hoi An’s colorful local market, Tan Ky Old House, Fukien Assembly Hall, and the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge. You can also see local residents raising silkworms and producing silk for Hoi An’s textile industry.

**Lunch at an Indian Restaurant**

– In the afternoon, drive to Hue, with a photo stop at Hai Van Pass. Upon arrival in Hue, check into the hotel.

DAY 07: HUE – HO CHI MINH CITY

**Breakfast at the Hotel**

– In the afternoon, visit the Imperial Citadel, then transfer to Phu Bai Airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City.

DAY 08: HO CHI MINH CITY – CU CHI TUNNELS

**Breakfast at the Hotel and Check-out**

– Drive to the Cu Chi Tunnels, a remarkable underground network used during the Vietnam War. After a brief introduction, you will have the chance to crawl through a short section of the tunnels to experience their narrowness and heat.

**Lunch at an Indian Restaurant**

– In the afternoon, visit the Reunification Palace, Notre Dame Cathedral, General Post Office, and Ben Thanh Market for shopping.

**Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City**

DAY 09: MEKONG DELTA – HO CHI MINH CITY

**Breakfast at the Hotel**

– In the morning, drive to My Tho, a prosperous town of 170,000 inhabitants in the Mekong Delta, known for its lush orchards and vast rice fields. Enjoy boat rides on the Mekong River and through the lush canopy of water coconuts.

**Lunch at Mien Tay Song Nuoc Restaurant with Local Food (Vegetarian Menu)**

– Visit an orchard on an island to taste exotic fruits and green tea. Take a rowing boat along the canals and walk around traditional villages, immersing yourself in nature while listening to Southern traditional music.

– Transfer back to Ho Chi Minh City.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

#### Selected Hotels or Similar

The hotels listed in the itinerary are references and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation with full payment. No reservations will be made until written confirmation is received and acknowledged. Upon receipt of confirmation, we will book the requested services. Until then, the proposed hotels and services are subject to availability. If the proposed hotels or services are no longer available at the time of confirmation, we will book suitable alternatives, and rates may change accordingly.

#### Note on Cancellation Policies and Payment for Flights

The cancellation and payment policy detailed above does not apply to flights. The cancellation and payment policies for flights will follow the respective airline’s policies and will be specified case-by-case in our confirmations.

#### Hotel Check-In & Check-Out Time

– Check-in time: 13:00 or 14:00 | – Check-out time: 11:00 or 12:00

Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please inform us of your expected check-in and check-out times in advance for proper arrangements.

#### Note on Transportation

Our pricing is based on the group arriving on the same flight. If clients arrive on different flights and require separate airport transfers, additional transfer charges will apply. The same policy applies for the departure date.

#### Deposit

Deposits can be made by cash, credit card, or bank transfer. Service and bank charges may apply, except for cash payments.

– After confirmation, a 30% deposit of the total price is required.

– Full payment must be settled 30 days prior to arrival.

#### Payment Policy

100% of the total amount for services reserved and invoiced by us must be received in our bank account 30 days before the client’s arrival. If payment is not received within the stipulated time, we will be forced to cancel all reserved services. We will attempt to re-book all services upon receipt of payment, but we cannot guarantee the same places or prices.

International bank transfer expenses are not covered by us; these expenses must be fully assumed by the issuer of the transfer. We will only cover local expenses for receiving a bank transfer.

#### Cancellation Policy

We make every effort to minimize charges generated by the cancellation of our services. However, we must adhere to the cancellation policy of each provider.

### Policies For Children

– **Child under 5 years old** sharing a room with two (2) adults without an extra bed: Free of charge

– **Child from 5 to under 12 years old** sharing a room with two (2) adults without an extra bed: 50% of charge

– **Child from 5 to under 12 years old** sharing a room with two (2) adults with an extra bed: 85% of charge

– **Child under 12 years old** sharing a room with one (1) adult: 100% of charge

– **Child from 12 years old and above**: 100% of charge

### Travel Insurance

– Our tour prices do not include travel insurance. We highly recommend purchasing health/travel insurance for your trip to Asia.

### Responsibility

– Except in situations beyond human control, we are responsible for any additional charges resulting from changes made by us to the itinerary, transportation, or accommodation.

– We will not be responsible for denied boarding or any expenses resulting from situations beyond human control.

– Detailed programs and flight schedules are subject to change by airlines without prior notice based on weather conditions and daily flight operations. If this occurs, we will do everything possible to minimize alterations to the initial program while ensuring client comfort.

### Rates And Conditions

– All prices are quoted net in US$. Pricing is subject to change in the event of currency depreciation, fuel surcharges, contract re-issuance, or other events beyond our control. Our quote is valid for 10 days from the date of the proposal. A quotation not accepted within 10 days is subject to change if the cost of any service increases.

– The rates below are not valid for the periods of Christmas, National Holidays, and local New Year.

– Please contact us for specific dates and further details.

– Please note that evening restaurant transfers are subject to an overtime surcharge unless dinner is included in the confirmed itinerary.

– Drinks during meals are not included and must be paid on the spot by the group.

If suppliers request further supplements or change their conditions (e.g., compulsory meals) after confirmation, we will inform you immediately.
